Topics from competitive strategy to platforms and the Lean Startup approach. Twice I ran an optional project on strategy-making in the New Space Economy, completed by more than 100 students each time.
- 2021 to 2026Entrepreneurship Lab (10 ECTS), second-year M.Sc., Entrepreneurship major, Politecnico di Milano. 170+ students. I designed the course, tutored entrepreneurial teams, hosted guest lectures and brought in company briefs.
- 2021 to 2026Ph.D. courses on systematic literature reviews with bibliometric techniques, and on New Space Economy trends and business models.

Teaching
I teach strategy and entrepreneurship, with a strong focus on learning by building. At ESCP I teach in the Bachelor and Master in Management and serve as Local Academic Director at the Turin Campus. Before that I taught for six years at Politecnico di Milano and in its executive programs.
University courses
Student ventures supported
- SunCubes: a team I supervised won the Switch2Product Competition in 2022 with a 10k euro grant, was incubated at the ESA Business Incubation Centre in Milan in 2023 and raised 1.1 million euros in 2024.
- Vocations: launched in 2024 by a team from the course and later accepted into the Techstars acceleration program in Turin.
- Other teams placed third at the Bocconi Startup Challenge (2021), won a 10k euro EIT pre-acceleration grant (2023), and led a company to start a pilot project from their work (2023).
Executive and graduate education
- Since 2022POLIMI Graduate School of Management (AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS). 350+ hours of executive teaching on Lean Startup, entrepreneurial experimentation, digital transformation and platform-based business models. Co-designer and lecturer of the executive course Management for the New Space Economy.
- Corporate200+ hours of in-company teaching on strategy, platform business models and science-to-market for organizations in banking and finance, industrial manufacturing, insurance and export credit, professional services, technology consulting and scientific research.
